Our goal is to have 100+ offices opened by 2012 throughout the United States, Canada, England, Mexico, and Spain. We have a list of prospective clients and contracts to support this aggressive expansion. Competitive Consulting will be hiring in four main fields:
- Leadership and Management
- Administration
- Human Resources
- Sales and Marketing Professionals
Our meticulous training systems allow ambitious entry level candidates to achieve personal and financial success quickly.
LMD (Leadership and Management Development)
- Entry Level Representative:
This is the beginning stage of our MTP. Here candidates are taught to interact with the business
community and conduct face to face presentations. Invaluable skills are taught here: communication, discipline, sales, relating, self-motivation, ability to read people and situations, problem solving, and developing rapport and personal relationships. (approx. time frame: 2-4 weeks)
- Leadership and Team Management.
This is the stage where candidates are taught the fundamentals of leadership and team building. Our leaders are taught "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" – by Dr. John C. Maxwell. We also follow Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and the 8th Habit - "From Effectiveness to Greatness". The goal is to assemble and create a great team of 10 people that can execute all areas of campaign management. Invaluable skills taught in this phase: talent scouting, developing maximum performance in others, project management, and motivating others. (approximate time frame: 6-8 months)
- Assistant Management.
Assistant managers are apprenticing our team of owners. It is the final stepping stone to being in charge of the entire location. This is a time of shadowing and learning great leadership skills. Part of the education is attending several classes from Tony Robbins, Rudy Gulianni, Zig Ziglar, and Dr. John C. Maxwell. This person will supervise and manage a team of 20+ people. Invaluable skills taught in this phase: priority management, decision making, money management, servant leadership, business and financial knowledge. (approximate time frame: 2-4 months)
- Management.
This is the stage in which successful candidates will be in charge of the entire office. A team of administrators, interns, sales and marketing professionals, and campaign managers will be directly underneath the manager. The manager will be in charge of the daily operations of the enterprise – grossing over $1M per annum. Invaluable skills taught in this phase: managing finances of a business, leading a staff of 30+ people, developing new strategies for existing clients, creating strategies for new clients, leading a team with integrity.
- Consulting.
This position offers the most lucrative pay and rewards. It includes overseeing operations for a region of a country. This is a leader of leaders. A team of 15+ general managers will be seeking counsel and guidance from this person. Travel, bonuses, and the development of leaders are the biggest rewards.
